Heating Contracts Manager – Small works
- £45,000 - £55,000 basic – More for senior contracts manager - £60,000

Overview:
- Managing of heating and plumbing engineers, allocating workloads, organising materials etc.
- Looking after a number of hard FM contracts at a time
- Ensuring contracts are delivered in a timely manner and within budget
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaising with clients, suppliers etc,
- Ensure quotations and designs are completed
- Manage project through to completion
- Be confident using Microsoft packages – Office, Excel etc
Ideal candidates for heating contracts manager position:
- Heating & mechanical background – hands on experience
- Managerial experience within a contracts manager / project manager position.
- A technical knowledge and understanding of commercial plumbing and heating systems, boiler plant rooms.
- Commercial gas qualifications desirable but not essential - COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1,UVHW
- Ability to deliver contracts successfully with proven track record
- A good communicator both written and verbal.
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
