James Grace Associates are currently recruiting for experienced customer service advisors / retentions advisors to work for an expanding company based in Leicester City Centre.

This Inbound customer service advisor role is a permanent position, offering a competitive basic salary + Annual Bonus + Benefits + progression opportunities.

Working in a busy Call Centre environment dealing with Inbound Calls.

12 months of customer service experience is essential for this role.

Your duties will include Inbound customer service advisor:

  • Provide an excellent Service and act as an ambassador for the company at all times
  • Listen and negotiate with your customers, offering a first class customer experience
  • Respond to emails / chats within agreed timescales
  • Dealing with any conflict resolution and dealing with enquiries on a first call basis

You will as an inbound customer service advisor:

Have previous Customer Service experience in either a Contact Centre environment or face to face customer service role

Possess good computer skills

Be confident on the phone and have good listening skills

Work to set team and individual targets
