My client, a world renowned and industry leading manufacturer of automated entrance products, are currently looking for an automatic door engineer to cover service contracts and reactive repairs in the West Midlands and surrounds. Experienced and qualified candidates can expect competitive pay rates and excellent working conditions.

 

Your job will involve the following...

  • Repairing and servicing automated systems within the Midlands Area.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Completing jobs to a high standard with a strong first-time fix rate.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocol and company policy to complete the job in the best manner.
  • Participating in the automatic door engineer call-out rota’s and working overtime/weekends where required.

 

The ideal candidate will have...

  • Good experience working as an automatic door engineer ideally with Record, GEZE and Dormakaba products.
  • Industry specific qualifications i.e. BS EN 16005, 18th edition and product training courses.
  • A great track record of working with a variety of product types including sliding, swinging, and revolving systems.
  • Talent working with both mechanical and electrical components.
  • A desire to learn a variety of new products and ways of working.

 

In return you will be rewarded handsomely by way of the following…

  • OTE of circa £45k per annum
  • £32,000 per annum basic for the right person, working a 45-hour week.
  • Monthly bonus based on first time fix rates
