We are currently on the hunt assembly operatives based in Melton Mowbray or surrounding areas for an immediate start to join the ranks of a POS manufacturer. With this role the assembly operative will be rewarded with a great base salary and also great working hours. This company manufactures, prototypes, designs and develops point of sale signs and promotions for shops acorss the UK. You will be working with different materials such as wood, metal, printing, LED lighting and motorisation products.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday - 6am to 5pm
(2x 15 minutes PAID breaks and 30 minute unpaid lunch)
Assembly operative responsibilities:
- Packing components into boxes
- Hobby craft assembly work
- Must be able to follow instructions from drawings
- Use packing tape dispensers and have a key eye for detail to ensure highest quality
- Assembling boxes and packaging to go into shop fronts
We are desperate to speak to candidates who have previously worked in POS before or any kind of assembly work as these skills will be directly transferable to the role. If you have experience within Hobby craft assembly or packing roles we are keen to speak to you too!
