Applications Engineer - Coalville

We are currently on the hunt for an applications engineer to join a multi award winning team based in Coalville. The ideal applications engineer will be strongly biased towards CNC turning and have a proven background using multi-turret configuration lathes. You will be assisting with the design and preparation of customer production cycle time estimates and customer demonstrations. With this role you will be given a healthy salary package, company car, benefits and given an Iphone and Ipad to work with. 

Working hours: 

Monday to Thursday: 08:00am to 16:15pm

Fridays: 08:00am to 15:45pm. 

Applications Engineer responsibilities:

• Assist with the design and preparation of customer and production cycle time estimates
• Develop strong relationships with clients whilst visiting appointments.
• Programme multi-axes CNC machine tools
• Process development 
• Machine commissioning
• Customer training at the state of the art facility in Coalville.

We are desperate to speak to candidates who have programming experience on multi-axes CNC machine tools and also experience on at least one CAM package as this experience can be directly related to this role. We are also keen to speak to candidates who have experience of process development, machine commissioning and customer training. 

Applications engineer benefits:

• Very healthy salary between £39,800 to £45,000 per annum DOE
